We design & supply custom built control panels to various suppliers and retailers in KwaZulu-Natal. These have been located in government institutions and municipalities across the country and many private institutions such as supermarkets, high-rise buildings, toll plazas and private hospitals. We have manufactured specialised generator control and changeover systems from 5 kva to 1000 kva., Diesel Booster Pumps with dual battery systems, Diesel engine control panels for various applications. We undertake turnkey projects where existing obsolete systems are upgraded to modern compact units with minimal downtime.

We have designed and manufactured fully automatic synchronizing controls for generators at Sibaya Casino, St Augustine Hospital and several factories in the Durban area as a subcontractor to generator installers and to our own contracted customers. We have undertaken the upgrade and modification of existing generator systems at various locations in KZN and Eastern Cape with success, especially with the integration of GSM & LAN communication.

We also design and manufacture custom built generating sets ranging from 15 KVA to 600 KVA. These units are designed according to specifications and customer requirements. The systems that we manufacture cater for a wide range of choice and design specifications. Our standby power systems use the most modern European/USA control equipment thus ensuring reliability and availability of spares. The ancillary fuel tanks and canopies are designed in house, allowing for specialised customer preferences.

Our Maintenance section do onsite maintenance and repair of all makes of generators, we are equipped to service and maintain all sizes and makes of diesel generators and engines. The electrical component of the generator is included in the comprehensive maintenance schedule thus ensuring that the complete unit is at an optimum operational standard and not just the mechanical aspect. A comprehensive maintenance and repair history is recorded in our database and scheduled service reminders are issued to all our customers. Service Level Agreements and maintenance contract are available on request. At present we are responsible for the maintenance and repair of over 300 sites over the whole of KwaZulu Natal, Eastern Cape up to Mthatha and Swaziland, incorporating National key point areas, Shopping centers, retail stores, resorts and homes across the province.

With over 20 years of experience in the standby power industry, we are able to repair and upgrade all standby generator control panels and changeover systems. We are able to repair not only the electrical but also the mechanical side of the units covering all makes and models of engines and alternators.

We have a wide range of sources, allowing us to supply various components and specialised parts relating to the standby generator industry. Engine, alternator components and consumables are sourced and supplied from our sales office in Durban.
